Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Amber Dwell. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within [14/30] days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized/custom-made products

  • Opened or used personal care products (if applicable)


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days]. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Then contact your bank.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at [nikhilpachange658@gmail.com] and send your item to:

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you're returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
